After making Aliya from Washington D.C. in the summer of 2018, I find myself in Herzliya with my sweet Canaanite dog, Phoebe. I have a degree in Psychology from Ithaca College and I'm currently studying dog training at Marker Training. I've had a tenacious appreciation for animals since a young age, and I'm excited to get to know you and your dog!

I believe that humans tend to underestimate the abilities of other animals, particularly dogs. There are many skills that our furry friends can teach us! If we pay close enough attention we can see their secret language, and find ways to communicate with our dogs. We can strengthen our bonds and build their trust. My goal is to provide you with the skills to see just that, and to ensure that the experience is fun for everyone!

Hi my name is Daniel and I am a certified dog trainer and behaviorist, and the father of Laika, a two-year old Canaanite malinois mixed breed.
In 2016 I made Aliyah from Mexico in order to serve in the army. When I was released, Laika came into my life as a small and fearful puppy. So much so that every sound could make her flinch, and don't even get me started on how trips outside the home would go. I am very fortunate to have met a dog trainer who took me under his wing and taught me a new approach to helping Laika. He provided me with a plethora of knowledge about dogs and even referred me to additional sources of information, yet I was insatiable. Through our collaboration and team work, Laika's circumstances had improved. She transformed into a mature and confident dog, which is when I understood that this is what I want to do with my life. After a year of hands-on experience in dog training and exposure to a large variety of cases, I began formally learning at Marker Training, which I had completed with an award for excellence. I believe that the basis of every healthy relationship is communication and looking at one's self as the bridging factor (and sometimes translator) between dogs and their humans. Let's get to know your dog on a deeper level and foster a strong relationship with them that is built on mutual respect and cooperation.

Hi, I'm Roy and I'm a force-free dog trainer and behaviorist. 

I was born in 1981, I live in Herzliya with my wife Ayelet. Together we are the proud parents of Grace a Belgian Malinois mix and Mishmish the cat.

I started working as a dog trainer after several years of working as a dog walker, working at dog kennels and volunteering at Herzliya Loves Animals (NPO).

During these years as well as during my studies and work as a dog trainer, I've encountered a wide verity of dogs with different needs and behavioral problems, as well as different approaches to solving them.

The methods I employ rely on scientifically sound learning theories than apply to all animals, humans too!

Unlike outdated methods, based on intimidation and pain, my approach is based on building trust and proper communication between dogs and their human families. This approach has also been found in research to be more effective in training domestic dogs.

Hello, I'm Mili!
I am 21 years old from Kfar Saba, a dog sitter and dog walker. I was born in Uruguay and grew up in Israel after I made Aliyah in 2002. I flew to Mexico with my family in 2019 and returned in 2020. Slightly after returning, I was looking for work in something that I would love. Incidentally, I became familiar with Kelev Sagol (Purple Dog).

My love for dogs and animals is enormous! For as long as I've known myself, I've always had animals in my home. Hamsters, parrots and primarily dogs. Dogs are filled with a lot of unconditional love. My boyfriend thinks that I love dogs more than him (but he's okay with that). For five years, I worked in an animal park in Kfar Saba where there were all kinds of animals, as well as working at a Kindergarten as a teacher's assistant for 2 years. In the moment I realized that amazing work like this existed, such as with Kelev Sagol, it was my dream to combine my biggest love and turn it into work, but also for it to become a significant part of my day. My plans for the future are to learn dog training and behavioral treatment.

In my opinion, a dog is a type of child that is slightly different from "normal" children. They just need love and the appropriate attention, and I will be more than happy to discover with you what kind of attention is best for your furry child, and to help you create amazing experiences with them.
